We will use the information you provide to check your initial eligibility for Work Match based on your age and postcode, respond to your Expression of Interest and contact you about completing a full registration form. You can also choose to tell us about a disability or long-term health condition so that we can discuss any support or adjustments you may need. You do not have to provide this information at the Expression of Interest stage. If you go on to register with Work Match, the information provided in this form and collected during your registration may also be used to provide employment and training support and to monitor, report and evaluate the service. Wherever possible, information used in reports will be anonymised or aggregated.
