Job Description
A well-established housing maintenance company looking for an experienced Plumber to join their growing team. You'll carry out responsive repairs and general plumbing work across residential properties in London. Working Hours: - Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm - London-based work (mainly Wandsworth)
Duties
Responsibilities: - Attend reactive maintenance jobs - Accurately record measurements & materials - Take before/after job photos - Report back on job progress & issues - Recommend materials for future works
Essential Criteria
Requirements: - Experience in plumbing & reactive repairs - Social housing experience (advantageous) - Full UK driving licence - Own tools required - Right to work in the UK - Reliable, punctual, and good communication skills - Other trade skills are a bonus
