Trainee Assistant Quality Manager

Duties

FKN are a German specialist subcontractor company who design, supply and install large, unitised curtain wall projects in Germany and the United Kingdom. We are looking for a candidate in the formative stages of their career to join an experienced UK delivery team in an assistant / training role, working in Quality Management and Document Control. The successful candidate will be enrolled onto a NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Site Inspection - construction. The role will be Site based, shadowing and assisting our existing Quality Managers, with a view to becoming a Site Quality Manager. Once established in this role, operatives will be offered the opportunity to progress into other management roles such as Installation Manager, Project Manager etc, should they wish to do so.

Essential Criteria

Grade 4 and above in Maths and English Must have basic IT skills and can use excel, word, etc. but most importantly a desire to learn new skills.
