Nursery Practitioner The Nursery Practitioner will help provide a safe, caring and stimulating environment where children can learn and develop through play. Responsibilities include: - Supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing through play-based activities. - Acting as a key person and building positive relationships with children and their families. - Observing children and contributing to their learning records and next steps. - Supporting children with routines, meals, personal care and transitions. - Following safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies. - Working as part of the team to maintain a welcoming and well-organised setting. A relevant Level 2 or Level 3 early years qualification is preferred. We would also consider candidates working towards a relevant qualification, depending on their experience and suitability. The nursery operates Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. We can consider full-time and part-time applicants, with shifts arranged within these hours.
