Senior Nursery Practitioner The Senior Nursery Practitioner will take on the responsibilities of a Nursery Practitioner, while also supporting the day-to-day running of the room and guiding the team. Responsibilities include: - Leading the planning and delivery of engaging learning experiences. - Supporting colleagues and modelling high-quality practice. - Helping to maintain children's records, routines and the organisation of the room. - Supporting safeguarding and ensuring nursery procedures are followed. - Communicating effectively with families and contributing to a positive team environment. - Supporting the manager with daily operations when required. This role requires a relevant Level 3 early years qualification or above and previous nursery experience. Leadership or room-lead experience would be an advantage. The nursery operates Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. We can consider full-time and part-time applicants, with shifts arranged within these hours.
