Job Description
Pay: GBP12.50-GBP15.00 per hour (depending on experience) Shifts: Flexible shift work based on your availability, including days, evenings, long days, nights, and sleep-ins. A care provider in Putney is looking for compassionate Support Workers to support adults with special needs to live as independently as possible and achieve their personal goals.
Duties
- providing person-centred support tailored to individual needs - supporting with daily living tasks, personal care, meals, medication, and appointments - Encouraging independence, confidence, and community participation - supporting social activities, hobbies, education, Employment, and outings - Maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns - safeguarding the wellbeing, dignity, and privacy of the people you support - working closely with colleagues, families, and healthcare professionals
Essential Criteria
- kind, patient, and reliable Individuals with A caring attitude - Good communication skills and Ability to work as part of A team - Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, nights, and sleep-ins - Previous care/support experience is helpful but not essential depending on the role - driving licence beneficial but not essential
