Pharmacy Stockroom Assistant

Duties

Job Purpose To assist the Pharmacist Manager in the retail operation of the pharmacy. Main Tasks 1. To assist the manager with administrative and general housekeeping tasks, and other duties as requested 2. Maintain patient confidentiality 3. Ensurin g that any stock which is not verifying is segregated and notified to the warehouse manager, 4. Checking all stock entering the warehouse for any signs of damages and falsification; 5. Checking that the correct quantity and type of goods are received and notifying the warehouse manager of any discrepancies or missing medicinal products; 6. Notifying the warehouse manager of any suspected falsified medicinal products; 7. Ensuring that any damaged or short-dated medicinal products are segregated within the warehouse; 8. Notifying the warehouse manager of any damaged or short-dated medicinal products
