Work the days you want! - Mornings - Evenings - Alternating Weekends We support clients in and around Wandsworth & Lambeth, helping them live safely and happily at home. What we offer: - London Living Wage: GBP14.80 per hour + additional holiday pay (GBP16.59 per hour total) - Minimum 1 hour care calls with clients - Paid training & shadowing - Paid mileage & travel allowance - No uniforms - Career progression - Access to support anytime from managers & colleagues - Flexible shifts so you can work the days you want Duties will include: - Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming - Support with mobility and transferring, ensuring safety at all times - Help with household chores including cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation in accordance with care plans - Provide companionship and emotional support to clients - Follow individualised care plans to meet specific needs - Help administer and track medication - Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any concerns to supervisors - Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and healthcare professionals to coordinate care Requirements: - Hold our values - Trust, Quality, Compassion, and Respect! - Be available for either early mornings/evenings/alternate weekends - Must have the right to work in the UK - we are unable to offer sponsorship or sponsor switch Apply today and start making a difference in your local community.
